Integrated Bodywork – Pilates and Massage

Integrated Bodywork – Pilates and Massage is owned by Sam Marchesan and Rosemary Beaumont. Sam has been teaching Pilates since 2001, his other interests include the martial art of Kung Fu which he has been training in since 1993. Rosemary was a Remedial Massage therapist for 10 years and has been teaching Pilates since 2000.

Naree began teaching Pilates in 2001. She is an accomplished dancer who choreographs and performs regularly.

Anna has been teaching Pilates since 2005 and is also a Remedial Massage Therapist. She is currently studying Fine Arts.

Karen Lee has been practising the Pilates Method for 5 years and teaching since 2008. Her background includes Primary School Teaching (Physical Education), a Bachelor in Science (Zoology) and Applied Science (Computer Science).

All instructors are either APMA and Pilates Alliance Australasia accredited.
